Upcoming Events

There’s a lot of excitement in the air.  Within the next month we have 2 big events happening.

One will be giving out the first 100 homes in LeVeque, this is where the MOH 500 homes project is.  The people to receive the homes have been chosen by a committee of Haitians.  It will be great to see the families receive their home.

The second is almost 300 kids, grades K-5, will start attending school in September in the new school built on our property in Bercy, also known as our North Campus.  How exciting to be giving more kids a Christian education.

Saw the newsletter and was expecting more exciting news about what you are doing. The upcoming events sound wonderful and I am sure the families receiving these homes will appreciat them beyond belief.

I’m sure you’ve heard about the terrible economy here in the states. The government is at odds and not sure if social security checks will be issued in August. We will be in deep doo-doo if this happens. We have not had any interest in our home and the closer it gets to Fall, the more we are praying for a miracle that it will sell. My daughter has her home for sale, you guys, us and many other people. I pray that God will intercede for all of us. You guys are saints and it doesn’t seem fair that grace and the goodnes you extol is not rewarded with the sale of your home. I’m sure He has a plan for all of u, but I certainly wish that HE would make some decisions soon. LOL

Miss you guys. Talked with Randy (the neighbor’s son-in-law). He was talking about you guys and said that it was so sad that you were gone, respected your choices and sorry to hear that your home is not selling either. Tom is now scheduled to have treatments at he Cleveland Clinic…could take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3+ months.

I’m still attempting to get all the bills, etc.taken care of for my Mom. Every time I think it is done, something else happens and the books need to be opened again along with the feelings of her being gone.

Hopeflly, all is well with your health and stamina. I didn’t hear any mention of Caleb….is he okay>

Best wishes, miss yu and you are in our prayers,

    Judie and Jack
